This seems only to happen in Mozilla, and is most strange - Mozilla seems to think
that any tag of the form '<a name="Something">' without a closing '</a>' implies
that all the following text should be displayed as a link ...
This may (or may not) be technically correct, but it's a bit of a pain since other
browsers don't (AFAIK) do this.
I've fixed this page anyhow, by adding the </a>'s ... thanks for the report.
